Overview:

ABB is hiring an experienced ABB Way FTP – Business Case Specialist at their Bangalore location. You will be supporting the Project Team on updating the business case, which will require modelling of target operating models and organization design scaling across the ABB Finance organization.

What will you be doing:

Managing the tracking mechanism and timeline on realization of benefits and KPIs, similar to any well-run transformation program.

Validating reported benefits and KPIs by seeking evidence in data provided by benefit owners.

Ensuring that supporting evidence is captured and centrally documented.

Flagging issues/risks proactively and putting in place appropriate mitigation strategies.

Preparing standard management briefings on benefits and KPIs on a monthly basis.

Being an independent check and balance and “validator” regarding committed benefits realization.

Working with workstreams and processes to ensure benefits and KPIs are being tracked, refreshed, and validated in a timely manner.

This role offers on one hand a great exposure to ABB Leadership, same time requires the ability to manage that exposure well.

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.

With minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling.

Prior experience in managing business cases and benefits tracking on transformation projects will be a clear advantage.

Ability to learn quickly.

Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office package, with a clear emphasis on PowerPoint.

High level of analytical and reporting skills, knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.

Ability to communicate and discuss the issues clearly and present to executive managers.

Fluency in English.
