VECC Recruitment 2023: Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post. (Physics)/4 Years B.Sc. + 1 Year M.Sc. (Physics) from a recognized University
As per the VECC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 28 years. Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. The interview will take place at VECC, Kolkata. Candidates with five years integrated M.Sc. degree should have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate in M.Sc./B.S-M.S (Dual Degree) (Physics) from a recognized University; 4 years B.Sc. (Physics) with 75% in aggregate from a recognized University;
Wherever the results are declared CGPA/GPA, they may be converted to percentages and entered. (The formula prescribed by the institute for conversion to be indicated at the time of verification).
Candidates who have completed the qualifying degrees and awaiting the final B.Sc. (Physics)/M.Sc results. (Physics) degree may also apply. Candidates who have completed the qualifying B.Sc./M.Sc. Degree must produce relevant mark sheets & certificates to this effect, in original copies, which should be produced at the time of document verification/interview, failing which their candidature will not be considered.
If appearing candidates are selected for JRF, they should submit their mark sheet/certificate at the time of document verification/joining this Centre. UGC/AICTE-approved Degrees from UGC/AICTE recognized Universities only will be accepted.
