Post-Wise Qualification Details for WAPCOS Recruitment 2022

1. Senior Construction Manager

a. Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Post Graduate in Business Administration from reputed institute with minimum 20 years of experience in implementation of large urban infrastructure projects for cities /townships /industrial parks/SEZs or Retired from Central/State Govt. organizations with minimum pay in PB- 04 & Grade Pay 8700 or equivalent and a minimum 35 years experience in construction and maintenance of urban infrastructures projects, the max-age to be 65 years as on 30th June 2023.

b. Should have implementation experience in the capacity of Chief Construction Manager or for at least 2 projects of INR 500 Cr. each.

c. Good experience in leading the team.

2. Structure Expert

a. Degree in Civil Engineering and post-graduate in structural engineering from a reputed institute.

b. Should have worked on the relevant areas of expertise in at least 3 similar projects

c. Should have 10 years of experience similar field.

3. Economist / Financial Analyst

a. MBA in Finance/CA/CFA from a reputed Institute.

b. 05 years of Finance experience in the field of Financial Analysis, Financial

c. Management, Internal Control and Internal Auditing.

d. Should have 2.5 years of experience working with the Smart City Mission Projects.

4. Landscape Expert

a. Graduate Degree in Architecture and Post Graduate Degree in Landscape with a minimum 5 years experience.

b. Should have worked on the relevant area of expertise in at least 2 relevant projects.

5. Construction Supervisor

a. Graduate/diploma in civil engineering.

b. Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience for graduates or 8 years of experience for Diploma holders.

c. Should have worked on the relevant area of expertise in at least 2 relevant projects.

6. Surveyor/Draftsman

a. Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute

b. Experience of minimum 5 years in Civil Drafting/Surveying.

Important Points for WAPCOS Recruitment 2022

1. Salary shall be negotiable, commensurate to qualification and experience at the time of Personnel Interview/Skill test.

2. Place of Posting shall be in Rajasthan.

3. Those who are working in Govt. Departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies are required to apply through the proper channel or produce no objection certificate at the time of the interview.

4. The posts are purely on short-term basis for its Project requirement only. However, further if found suitable, consultants or Experts may also be utilized in any other project and he/she may be posted in India and abroad as per requirement.

5. Relevant experience will be given due weightage.

6. Management reserves the right to fix the criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Personnel Interview/Skill test. Etc.
