Applications are invited from eligible personnel working in the Central/State Government/Central and State PSUs/Autonomous Statutory bodies for the posts of Deputy Director and Assistant Director. As given in the official notification of WDRA recruitment 2023, there are a total of 02 vacancies for the given post.

Salary for WDRA Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of WDRA recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of upto Rs. 208700.

Deputy Director- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 208700.

Assistant Director- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of upto Rs. 151100.

Qualification for WDRA Recruitment 2023: 

Candidates applying for WDRA Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

Deputy Director- 

1- Officers of Central and State Government or Central and State Public Sector Undertakings or Central and State autonomous or statutory bodies holding analogous posts in the relevant field in level 11 (Rs.67700-208700) in the pay matrix or equivalent; or

2- With five years’ service on regular basis in posts in level 10 (Rs. 56100- 177500) in the pay matrix or equivalent in formulating policy framework for Agriculture Agricultural marketing/finance/ warehousing/ monitoring of risk management and allied matters; and

3- Possessing degree in Biological Science (including Agriculture) Finance / Commerce/ Economics or Post graduate diploma in Business Administration in Finance/ Economics Agricultural Business Management from a Government of India recognised institute or University:

Assistant Director-

1- Officers of Central and State Government or Central and State Public Sector Undertakings or Central and State autonomous or statutory bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis in level 8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay matrix or equivalent in th rent cadre or Department; or

2- With two years’ service on regular basis in posts in level 7 (Rs. 44900-142400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in relevant field in the parent cadre or Department; or

3- With six years’ service on regular basis in posts in the relevant field in level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and

4- Degree in Biological Science (including Agriculture)/ Finance/ Economics from a Government of India recognised institute or University or Post graduate diploma in Business Administration or Master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance Economics Agricultural Business Management and allied matters.

Tenure for WDRA Recruitment 2023: 

As mentioned in the official notification of WDRA recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of 3 years which may be extended from time-to-time by the competent authority as per rules.
