West Bengal Police Recruitment Board Recruitment 2022: West Bengal Police Recruitment Board invited passed Madhyamika Examination applicants for Constables and Lady Constables posts and the applicant must not be less than 18 (Eighteen) years old and must not be more than 27 (Twenty Seven) years old as on 01.01.2022. According to the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board 1410 Constable Vacancies and 256 Lady Constable Vacancies and officially released a notification on (West Bengal Police Recruitment Board) Official Website, the selection for the above post will be made on the basis of an exam, physical measurement, medical examination, and interview. The Application Fee will be Rs.170 for UR & Rs.20 for SC and ST. The last date for applying online is 27th June 2022 (23:59 hrs.).

The applicant must not be less than 18 (Eighteen) years old and must not be more than 27 (Twenty Seven) years old as on 01.01.2022. The upper age limit is relaxable for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes as per extant rules/orders of the Government. Home Guard personnel serving in Kolkata Police are also eligible for a relaxation of the upper age limit as per existing Government order. However, no age relaxation is available for the Civic Volunteers serving under Kolkata Police.
The applicant must have passed Madhyamika Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
Home Guard personnel and Civic Volunteers serving under Kolkata Police and desirous of applying must have completed 03 (three) years of service as on 01.01.2022
the vacancies reserved under Sports Quota, only meritorious sportspersons from the following discipline may apply
i) Athletics [including Track and Field events], ii) Badminton, iii) Basket Ball, iv) Cricket, v) Football, vi) Hockey, vii) Swimming, viii) Table Tennis, ix) Volley Ball, x) Tennis, xi) Weightlifting, xii) Wrestling, xiii) Boxing, xiv) Cycling, xv) Gymnastics, xvi) Judo, xvii) Riffle Shooting, xviii) Kabaddi and xix) Kho Kho.
Application Forms must be submitted online only during the period from 29.05.2022 (00:01 hrs.) to 27.06.2022 (23:59 hrs.).
Applicants are advised to read the ‘Information to Applicants’ before applying. An editing window will be available for the applicants want to edit/rectify their personal information already submitted in their Application Form for 07 (seven) days w.e.f. 01.07.2022 (00:01 hrs.) to 07.07.2022 (23:59 hrs.). To edit the personal information, the applicant will have to provide (i) His/her Application Sl. No. or Registered Mobile Number and (ii) Date of Birth (DOB) as entered in the Application. On providing this information, the applicant will get an OTP to their Mobile Number. On successful verification of OTP the applicant will be allowed to edit his/her information (except permanent State), Etc.
