Preferential Voting System of ICAI Elections 2021 : A Thread

Every member of the ICAI on 31.03.21 are eligible to vote in the upcoming CCM and RCM Elections to be held on 3rd and 4th Dec 2021

I will take the example of Central Region (6 CCMs will be elected in central region).
