IBBI launches 3rd National Online Quiz on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), in collaboration with MyGov.in and BSE Investors’ Protection Fund, is conducting the ‘3rd National Online Quiz on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016‘ as part of the ongoing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations to promote awareness and understanding of the Code among various stakeholders across the country. The quiz will be open from April 16th until May 15th, 2022.

The 3rd edition Quiz is a follow-up to the two previous quizzes, held in the years 2020 and 2021, which had an incredible response, with over 1.9 lakh participants from all of India’s States and Union Territories. A wide spectrum of stakeholders, including students, professionals, and employees, expressed interest in the Quiz.

Except for individuals working in IBBI, BSE Investors’ Protection Fund, and service providers registered with IBBI, as well as their immediate family members, the Quiz will be open on the MyGov portal https://quiz.mygov.in for all Indian citizens over the age of 18, with the exception of those working in IBBI, BSE Investors’ Protection Fund, and service providers registered with IBBI.

A Gold Medal and a cash prize of Rs.1,00,000/- will be given to the top performer (One lakh rupees only). The second-place finisher will receive a Silver Medal and a cash prize of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand rupees only), while the third-place finisher will receive a Bronze Medal and a cash prize of Rs.25,000/-. (Twenty five thousand rupees only). Consolation rewards of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees only) will be presented to the next ten top performances. ‘Certificates of Merit’ will be given to the top 10% of performances, and ‘Certificates of Participation’ will be given to all participants. The BSE Investors‘ Protection Fund is sponsoring the cash prizes and medals as part of its investor awareness efforts.
