MCA Recruitment 2022: The Insolvency And Bankruptcy Board Of India (IBBI) has invited Applications (in the Specimen Application Proforma) from the Persons meeting the Eligibility Criteria for the Post Whole Time Member (WTM) in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Such Officials, who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria prescribed in Insolvency And Bankruptcy Board Of India Recruitment Notification 2022 may apply Through Proper Channel before the 3rd Date of September 2022. There is One (01) Vacancy for the Whole Time Member Post in the Insolvent And Bankruptcy Board of India as mentioned in the IBBI Notification 2022.

Note: The Eligible Officers/Eminent Qualified Applicants should apply Duly completed Applications together with the Essential Documents mandated by The Insolvency And Bankruptcy Board Of India Notification. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India is a Statutory Body established under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)-2016. The Application in respect of the Eligible Officers/Eminent Qualified Personnel, may be spared in the event of Selection may be forwarded, duly Verified/Countersigned by the Head of Department (Wherever Applicable) annexed with 05-Years APARs, Integrity Certificate, and Vigilance Certificate receivable up to 03.09.2022 by the Under Secretary, The Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Service Tenure: The Service Tenure of the Whole Time Member in Insolvency And Bankruptcy Board Of India spans Five (05) Years from the Date of Appointment. The Tenure of Whole Time Member in the IBBI shall remain up to a period of 05 years or till attaining of Age of Sixty-Five years, whichever is earlier.

Selection: The Applicant deemed to be Eligible by the IBBI Constitution Board Appointment shall be screened and selected by the Central Government on Recommendation of the Selection Committee stated under Section 189(3) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code-2016 in respect of the IBBI Whole Time Member Recruitment 2022.

Their Applications in the event of Selection may be forwarded, duly verified/countersigned by the Head of Department (wherever applicable) accompanying the following documents: i.e., a) Attested Photocopies of preceding 05 (Five) years of Completed Annual Performance Assessment Report (APAR) Dossiers; b) Integrity Certificate; c) Vigilance Clearance including Certification that No Disciplinary Proceeding(s) or Criminal Proceeding(s) are either pending or contemplated against the Officer concerned; d) List of major/minor penalties, if any, imposed on the Candidate during the Last 10 years/No Penalty Certificate.
