The Monthly Honorarium under the All India Radio Recruitment 2023 to be disbursed to the Candidates selected as Part-Time Correspondent shall be as narrated hereunder:
The Part-Time Correspondents shall be issued Appointments initially on a to-be-decided Fixed Monthly Honorarium on a Contractual Basis for a 03-Months Probationary Period. Thereafter, they will be given Assignments on an Annual Renewable Contractual Terms to continue as Part-Time Correspondents subject to their respective satisfactory performance during the Period.

Age Limit: Minimum 24 Years and Maximum 45 Years.

Educational Qualification:
I) Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree in Journalism or Public Relations or a Degree from any Duly Recognized University with Minimum 02-Years’ duration Journalism Experience.
II) A News Collection requires its own Content.
III) Knowledge of Computers as well as Word Processing.
Note: The Candidate must neither be engaged in/working in any Public Sector Undertaking/Public Sector Enterprise nor be Affiliated as a Member of any Political Outfit.
Desirable: The Candidate should be residing within 10 Kilometers from the District Head Quarter
Preference: Filming Experience including Reporting for Audio-Visual Media
Selection for the Part-Time Correspondent Posts will be conducted through Oral Test/Viva-voce. The Candidates shall be shortlisted based on the Eligibility mandating Educational Qualification, Conditions among others stipulated for Engagement of the Candidates as Part-Time Correspondents. Final Selection of Appropriately Suitable Candidates for Part-Time Correspondent Posts shall be based on the Interviews and the Individual’s Performance in Viva-voce. Preference for Appointment as Part-Time Correspondents will be given to the Applicants with Filming Experience including Reporting for Audio-Visual Media
