01: Officer (Fire-safety) JMGS-I: 23 Vacancies

Pay Scale: Rs.36000 to 1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7 to Rs. 63840

Educational Qualifications:

1. B.E.(Fire) from National Fire Service College (NFSC) Nagpur. Or

2. Four-Year Graduation Degree (B.Tech/B.E. or Equivalent) in Fire Technology/Fire Engineering/ Safety and Fire Engineering from College/University approved by AICTE/UGC. Or

3. Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognized by AICTE/UGC And Divisional Officer Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur. Or

4. Bachelor’s degree from any University recognized by AICTE/UGC And Graduate from the Institute of Fire Engineers India/Institute of Fire Engineering-UK Or

5. Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognized by the AICTE/UGC And Sub-Officer Course/ Station Officer Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur with Minimum 60% Marks in Aggregate.

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 01 / 03 Years’ Experience. Details in the Advertisement

Essential Skills: The Candidate should be well-versed with Fire Safety Norms & Regulations, have Intimate Knowledge of Fire Prevention and Protection Systems in High rise buildings, Proficiency in English, Hindi and Basic Computer Knowledge is required.

02: Manager (Security) MMGS-II: 80 Vacancies

Pay Scale: Rs.48170-1740/1-49910-1990/10 to Rs.69810

Age Limits: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 35 Years

Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree from any University duly recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) / University Grants Commission (UGC).

Post-Qualification Experience: The Applicant should be an Officer with 05-years’ Commissioned Service in the Indian Army/Indian Navy/Indian Air Force. Or A Gazetted Police Officer Not Below the Rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police or Assistant Commandant or Equivalent Rank in the Central Armed Police Forces(CAPF) with Minimum 05-years’ Experience.

Selection Criteria: Selection to the Notified Posts vide Recruitment Of Fire Safety Officers And Security Managers Project 2022-23 consists of 02 Stages; i.e., Stage-I: Computer-Based Online Test for 100 Marks for 50 (with Negative Marking of 0.25 involved) followed by Stage-II: Personal Interview for 50 Marks followed by Document Verification. Upon Selection to the Posts the Candidates appointed in the Posts will have to furnish a Surety Bond; i.e., i) Manager (Security) in MMG Scale-II (Rupees 3.00 Lac) for a period of 03 Years. ii) For Officer (Fire-safety) in JMG Scale-I Post Surety Bond of Rupees 2.00 Lac for a span of 03 Years.
