RLDA Recruitment 2022: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory authority of the Ministry of Railways and has been duly constituted in terms of the Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2006. The mandate of RLDA is to generate revenue through long-term leasing of “vacant & surplus Railway Land & air space and Station Redevelopment”. RLDA is a very lean and efficient organization of Indian Railways. Experience & expertise acquired in RLDA enhances the knowledge base especially in Land management station development, contract management and finance management, valuation & marketing in a competitive business environment. Applications are being invited for the various vacant posts i.e Chief Project Manager and General Manager (Design) from officials of Indian Railways. The given posts are based on deputation and the last date to apply is on or before 30th September 2022.

Name of Post: (i) Chief Project Manager, (ii) General Manager (Design)

The scale of Pay of the Deputation: Level 14 (7th CPC)

Tenure of Deputation: 3 years + 2 years (4th and 5th year)

Eligibility: SAG/NFSAG/SG IRSE Officers with a minimum of 17 years of group A service for both posts.

Desirable:

For CPM experience in Land Management/Real Estate.

For GM/Design having experience in planning and Design area.

How to Submit Form and Other Details for RLDA Recruitment 2022

Willing and eligible Officers may send their applications in the enclosed Proforma (available in the ‘Career’ Section of the website: rida.indianrailways.gov.in) through the proper channel along with attested copies of up-to-date APARS for last five years to Dy. General Manager (HR), Rail Land Development Authority. Unit No. 702 B, 7th Floor, Konnectus Tower, DMRC Building, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi 110002 by 30.09.2022.

Applications along with their enclosures in a single PDF File (Maximum size 50MB) may be forwarded on email id: [email protected] on or before the last date mentioned above 30.09.2022. Applications received through proper channels and with verification of service particulars, SPE/D & AR/ VIGILANCE clearance and APAR enclosure of APARs will be preferred.

However, a copy of the application may also be sent by the applicant in advance to RLDA for timely processing of selection. On selection, the applicants will be allowed to join RLDA after NOC, vigilance/D & AR clearance and relieving by the parent office.
