OPSC to conduct Odisha Civil Services Exam on October 16; Check Details Here
OPSC OCS Exam 2021: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has announced on 21st September that the Odisha Civil Services preliminary exam will be conducted on October 16, 2022.
In the notice issued by OPSC, it was said that this examination will be conducted on Sunday, 16 October in five regions namely Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Baleshwar, Berhampur and Sambalpur. As per this notice, the OPSC OCS 2021 Exam will be conducted in two shifts – morning and afternoon. The morning shift will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM and the evening shift will be held from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Each exam will be of two hours. Persons with disabilities will be given 40 minutes extra in both the exams.
Candidates will be hired for 405 vacant Group-A and Group-B positions after passing the OCS exam with a high score. Through this exam, a total of 50 Group-A (Junior Branch) positions with the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) would be recruited.
Candidates must be aware that the schedule for the Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination has been made public. On October 16, 2022, candidates will show up for the OPSC OCS preliminary exam.
A few days before to the OCS Exam, the OPSC Admit Card for the Preliminary Exam will be made accessible. On the official website, opsc.gov.in, candidates will be informed of the release date for the admit card.
