Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As an Account Manager at MyBiz MakeMyTrip, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Your role will involve understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

What will you be doing:

  • Interfacing with decision makers of corporate organizations to pitch myBiz Product.
  • Handling entire sales cycle from lead generation, preparing and giving business presentations/ proposals to closing the final deal.
  • Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and maintaining a healthy sales funnel week-on-week.
  • Building long-term relationships with new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyzing the current market trends for scoping competition and adopting best practices.
  • Ensuring quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Working closely with the support departments such as creative, operations, tech, and finance for client/corporate on-boarding.
  • Taking the contracts from inception to closure with the help of the legal department ensuring sales-cycle completion.

Interaction Points:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply, Product, post sales, Finance, Techand as well as various business units.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of B2B experience
  • Post-graduation (MBA/PGDM) from a reputed institute.
  • Key Success Factors for the Role:
  • Understanding of commission structures, discounting, and basic knowledge of P&Lmanagement.
  • Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills
