IREDA Recruitment 2022: IREDA is inviting applications for the Apprenticeship Training Program in Optional Trades (Non-Engineering) from Graduate/ Diploma pass-out candidates (as per the details tabulated below). During the period of Apprenticeship, the aspirants will be governed by The Apprentices Act, 1961 (amended till date) and commensurate policies/rules of the Company. The start date of applications is 22nd September 2022 anf the closing date of applications is 01st October 2022. The minimum should be 18 Years and the maximum is 25 Years. The application fee is Nil and the Job Location in New Delhi.

Apprentice Positions & Eligibility Criteria for IREDA Recruitment 2022

1. Discipline: Finance & Accounts (F&A)

Duration of Apprenticeship Training: 01 year

Educational Qualification (Recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ GoI): B.Com

2. Discipline: Information Technology (IT)

Educational Qualification (Recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ GoI): B.C.A. or Diploma in CS/IT

Stipend for IREDA Recruitment 2022

a. Graduates (B.Com or BCA): Rs.9000 per month

b. Diploma Holders (CS/IT): Rs.8000 per month

The Apprentice shall not be entitled to any other benefit/ facilities/ allowances apart from the consolidated stipend.

Mode of Selection for IREDA Recruitment 2022

a. The final percentage of marks earned by the candidates will serve as the basis for the selection criterion. In the event that two applicants earn the same number of points in their qualifying examination, the candidate with the greater percentage in the previous educational qualification will be positioned higher on the merit list.

b. The candidates must upload only their final grade in percentage (%) and NOT in grades, CGPA, or CPI. Candidates must convert grades, CGPAs, or CPIs into percentages of marks in accordance with the requirements of the relevant university, college, or institution. During document verification, the proof of conversion will be examined and validated. The application of any candidate who entered their grades, CGPA, or CPI would be outright denied.

c. The candidates who have been shortlisted or chosen will be notified via email for document verification and joining, accordingly. The date for document joining and verification will be announced separately.

d. Before enrolling, a medical fitness certificate from a government-authorized doctor (Gaz.) who is not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon at a Central or State hospital and has all of the doctor’s information (such as name, address, registration number, etc.) is required. The following documents are also required to be supplied for verification (in the original, along with one set of self-attested photocopies):

i. 10th / 12th passing certificate & mark sheet

ii. Qualifying exam passing certificate/ degree & mark sheet

iii. Proof of date of birth

iv. Valid Caste Certificate, if applicable

v. Passport size photographs (02 nos.)

vi. PAN Card

vii. Aadhar Card

e. Merely meeting the eligibility criteria does not assure engagement as an apprentice.

f. The regulations will govern reservations for applicants who are OBC and SC/ST. However, if no candidates are in a specific reserved category, other reserved categories or general categories will be used to fill the position.

g. According to The Apprentices Act, 1961, the Apprentice and the Company will register the Contract of Apprenticeship for each chosen applicant with the regional Apprenticeship Advisor, Board of Apprenticeship Training (Northern Region) (amended till date).
