AIIMS Bathinda Recruitment 2022: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bathinda an Autonomous Institute of National Importance is one of the new AIIMS and apex healthcare Institutes established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India is hiring candidates for the Associate Professor and Assistant Professor posts. The mode of recruitment is Direct Recruitment. There are 16 vacancies for the Associate Professor post and 17 vacancies for the Assistant Professor post.
The pay scale for the Associate Professor post will be Level-13-A1+ (Rs. 138300- 209200) of 7th CPC plus usual Allowances including NPA (if applicable) and for the Assistant Professor post, the pay scale will be Level-12 (Rs. 101500-167400) of 7th CPC plus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable). After 3 years Assistant Professors will move to level 13 of the Pay Matrix.
The last date for applying on Google form is 25.10.2022 till 01:00 p.m. and the last date of receipt of a Hard Copy of the Application Form is 31.10.2022 till 01:00 p.m.

Associate Professor
Essential:
A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act.)
A post-graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.
Assistant Professor
Essential:
A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act.)
A post-graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.
Associate Professor
Six years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Assistant Professor
Three years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
The application of the candidates will be received within the prescribed date and time and who submit the requisite fee will be scrutinized by the scrutiny committee of the Institute and only the eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview before the Standing Selection Committee of the Institute. In case the numbers of applicant are large, the selection committee of the Institute may devise criteria for short-listing the candidates, which may include the holding of a written examination.
Only the eligible candidates/ shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. However, the same would be provisional subject to fulfillment of all requirements failing which he/she will not be allowed to appear for an interview.
Interview letters will be sent through email ONLY and the complete interview schedule will also be made available on the website also.
The decision of the competent authority regarding the selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
The information regarding eligibility/ shortlisting of candidates will be published on the website of AIIMS, Bathinda only. The date and time for the interview will be intimated to the eligible/shortlisted candidates only and the same will also be published on the AIIMS, Bathinda website (www.aiimsbathinda.edu.in).
