Indian Bank Recruitment 2022: Indian Bank is hiring candidates for the Chief Digital Officer post on a fixed contractual term of 3 years, extendable up to 5 years. The performance will be reviewed on annual basis. The minimum age limit to apply is 35 years and the maximum age limit to apply is 55 years. At present the work location is Chennai but it may change as per the needs and requirements of the Bank.

Mandatory Qualification

B.E./ B.Tech and MBA from a reputed institution

Desirable Qualification

Certifications in Product Management/Project Management/ Analytics / AI/ ML/ Cloud

Experience for Indian Bank Recruitment 2022

i. More than 5 years of experience in the Banking & financial sector

ii. Experience in leading a team for digital transformation or new initiatives in financial services

iii. Experience in working with knowledge partners, tech vendors

Desirable Skills & Knowledge

i. Experience in setting up, managing and developing a diverse team of employees and external experts

ii. Collaborate with leaders across departments to enhance and execute Digital Strategy

iii. Strategically prioritize initiatives basis potential business value and feasibility

iv. Drive cultural change and inculcate a digital-first mindset

v. Strong knowledge of Banking and best practices across loan disbursement, risk management, collections, CX etc.

vi. Understanding of the latest trends in the banking industry e.g., AI/ML risk model, Digital lending journeys, AA

vii. Understanding of best-in-class technology stack in the banking industry

Remuneration for Indian Bank Recruitment 2022

Shall not be a limiting factor for deserving candidates.

Also, be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Pay which will be over and above the Fixed Salary but linked to the achievement of specific targets.

Selection Procedure for Indian Bank Recruitment 2022
