RRB NTPC Document Verification Schedule Released; Check Details

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the notification regarding RRB NTPC Document Verification. Candidates can download the schedule from the official website. To make up for the shortage of applicants for the Commercial Apprentice, Cat.1 & Station Master, Cat.2 job in Pay Level 6, the board has also provided the second list of additional candidates shortlisted for the RRB NTPC Document Verification round. The RRB NTPC Document Verification will take place on November 28, 2022 (Monday), and reporting time is 9:00 AM. The shortlisted candidates will also be informed of the precise date and location of the round via official SMS/Email (provided in their applications).

According to the official notification, there is an instruction of uploading the signature, latest photograph & Two marks of identification is available on the portal. The link will be active 10 days before and till the DV. Candidates should download the e-Call letter and read the detailed instruction available in the call letter. Candidate should carry all the documents/certificates at the time of RRB NTPC Document Verification which is mentioned in the call letter.

RRB NTPC Document Verification: List of Documents Required.

For the purpose of filling the gap in the empanelment of candidates for the Commercial Apprentice, Cat.1 & Station Master, Cat.2 post in Pay Level 6, it was announced that a list of candidates bearing roll numbers arranged in ascending order (not in order of merit) horizontally had been provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and medical examination. Candidates should check out the e-Call Letter carefully and carry all the mentioned certificates/documents along with the Self-attested two sets of xerox copies in A4 size as detailed in the admit card uploaded for Document Verification,

The list of documents is listed below:

1. Proof of Date of Birth

2. 12th standard or equivalent certificate

3. Degree certificate

4. Caste certificate in the prescribed format

5. Income and Asset Certificates issued by the competent authority

6. Minority community declarations on non-judicial stamps

7. Original discharge certificate for ex-servicemen

8. Disability certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)

9, Self-declaration for ex-servicemen

10. Other Relevant Documents
