BOB Recruitment 2022: Bank Of Baroda, a Government of India Enterprise is hiring eligible candidates for the recruitment regarding post of Financial Literacy Counsellor (FLC). There are only 2 vacancies for this post. The appointment will be contractual at the Channagiri and Haveri centers in the state of Karnataka. The candidate must have a graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference should be given to having post graduate degree in the area of Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Social work and should be well conversant with the local language. The candidate should possess a flair for teaching and computer knowledge. Candidates for the post of FLCC counselor may be selected from the open market. Counselors should have a sound knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, pension, law, finance, requisite communication, team building skills, etc. The candidate should also be a resident of the respective State preferably from the same District.

Qualification:

Candidates for the post of FLCC counselor may be selected from the open market. Counselors should have a sound knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, pension, law, finance, requisite communication, team building skills, etc.

Experience:

Shall be an ex-banker with a minimum of 5 years experience in any nationalized Bank/ RRB/ Pvt. Bank.

or

Persons having a minimum of 5 years experience in banking with related fields, NBFCs/ FIs.

or

Business Correspondent/ BC-Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

or

Ex RSETI Director/ Faculty with a minimum of 5 years of experience

Age Limit:

Below 64 years

Resident:

Should be resident of respective State preferably from the same District.

A panel may be formed to conduct the interview of shortlisted candidates. (Panel may also include the Bank’s LDM, DDM of NABARD of the respective District, and RM/DRM of the respective Region to recommend the final names for selection to Zone and Zonal Head to take the decision on the engagement of the candidate.

Salary for BOB Recruitment 2022

Rs 18000 per month (consolidated) + Rs 5000 towards conveyance expenses on a reimbursement basis (total Rs 23000)

Duration for BOB Recruitment 2022

The appointment will be for a period of one year and the renewal of the contract may be extended by RO based on the approval from ZO based on satisfactory performance, subject to annual review.
