Educational Qualification Required for Indian Weightlifting Federation Recruitment 2022:

According to the official notification of the Indian Weightlifting Federation Recruitment 2022, the candidate must have 2 years Post Graduate degree in any field after completion of 3 years or more of an Undergraduate Degree from a recognized Institution. The candidate will be Desirable if he/she have a degree in Ph.D./MBA in Sports Management.

Experience Required for Indian Weightlifting Federation Recruitment 2022-

According to the official notification of the Indian Weightlifting Federation Recruitment 2022, the candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in Management/Leadership roles in Public/Private Sector Companies, Sports Organizations, Consultancy Organizations, International / Multinational Organizations, and Government Departments. The candidate will be Desirable if he/she has a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sports Administration.

Roles and Responsibility of CEO for Indian Weightlifting Federation Recruitment 2022-

According to the official notification of the Indian Weightlifting Federation Recruitment 2022, the selected candidate have to serve these roles and responsibilities:

1. Administer, supervise and monitor the implementation of the Target Olympic Podium Scheme, Khelo India Scheme and Assistant to NSF Scheme. Assist the Mission Olympic Cell (MOC) in fulfillment of its mandate.
2. Lead the Secretariat staff and administer and supervise the personnel deemed fit, based on the need and the nature of work. Supervise and guide the research team for all activities undertaken/delegated to it.
3. Maintain strong stakeholder relations, including with Khelo India Games secretariat, Sports Authority of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Indian Olympic Association, and National Anti-Doping Agency to ensure that athlete training plans and performance objectives for Olympic Games are aligned with all necessary stakeholders.
4. Monitor, evaluate and implement all plans related to infrastructure and facilities for Indian Weightlifting Federation. This would include overseeing the operations of training institutes, National Centre of Excellence (NCOE), Khelo India Accredited Centres (including sports science & medicine), etc. and the need for improvement of facilities.

Serving Tenure for Indian Weightlifting Federation Recruitment 2022

According to the official notification of the Indian Weightlifting Federation Recruitment 2022, the contractual engagement will be initially for a period of 2 years, it can be extendable up to 3 years depending on the requirement, or till the age of 65 years whichever is earlier. The minimum period of engagement will be for 1 year and CEO cannot leave his/her job before the expiry of the period of 1 year from the date of joining on any pretext whatsoever.
