NDMA Senior Consultant Recruitment 2022: Monthly Pay Scale up to 175000, Check How to Apply
NDMA Recruitment 2022: National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Senior Consultant (ME and IRS- Coastal Region) on a contractual basis initially for a period of 1 year. There is only 01 vacancy for the given post. The upper age limit to apply for NDMA recruitment in 2022 is 50 years. Candidates applying for NDMA recruitment 2022 will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 125000 to Rs. 175000.
Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply in the prescribed format given in the official notification along with a Statement of purpose (Sop) in 250 words maximum and copies of certificates establishing educational qualification, and experience to Shri Abhishek Biswas, Under Secretary (Admn-), National Disaster Management Authority, A-1, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi 110029 within 20 days from the date of publication of advertisement in the employment news i.e 7th December 2022.

Candidates applying for NDMA recruitment 2022 will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 125000 to Rs. 175000.
For retired Central/State Government Employees – Last Pay Drawn Less Pension as per the provisions contained in para 6 of MoF, DoE OM No 3-2512020-E.llLA dated 0s.12.2020.
The upper age limit to apply for NDMA recruitment in 2022 is 50 years.
For retired Central Government employees upper age limit shall be 65 years as per the provisions contained in para 8.1 of lt/oF DoE OM No 3-25l2020-E. lll.A dated 09.12.2020.
Candidate should be in possession of a Master’s Degree in Disaster Management related field OR
Retired Government employees with Grade Pay of Rs.B700 (pre-revised)/Level-13 and above (7th CPC) and above minimum experience of 10 Years in relevant field. Candidates with experience handling disaster situations would be preferred.
Desirable- M.Phil or Ph.D. in Disaster Management or related field.
Minimum 0B years post qualification experience, in Maritime response and relief operations during disasters, coordinating and managing first responders and DM-related training both at policy and field level.
Minimum experience of 05 years for candidates with Ph.D. and M.Phil Degrees.
A retired Government employee must have 10-year experience in the relevant field in the Indian Coast Guard or Indian Navy or Marine Police.
Desirable- Course Coordinator/Instructional abilities
Knowledge of international best practices in disaster management.
Experience in preparing guidelines, manuals, and SOPs.
Experience in conducting workshops and seminars at the Central and State Government levels.
