Overview:

Colgate is hiring an experienced Analyst Finance at their Mumbai location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Review and provide SAP access rights

Review ‘Segregation of Duties’ (SoD) using SAP GRC system

Review of Critical Access, role owner review

Timely reporting and remediation of SOD, critical access

Lead Interaction with various stakeholders – users, local subsidiary managers and  IT

Resolve escalations from business partners

Provide functional support/training to team members

Ensure timely completion of audits, adherence to standard audit procedures

Collate the findings of the audit and track the same for completion within the stipulated time

Support testing of various control process

Support Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance through document readiness

Summarizing audit findings along with recommendations to the management

Assist in Coordination of annual testing – design & effectiveness

Support for Internal and External audits

Support BCP (Business Continuity Plan) related activities such as testing, readiness assessment documentation.

Works closely with Process lead to drive people agenda of the process including talent development, resourcing and capability building

The incumbent will take ownership of coaching and mentoring team member.

Eligibility:

Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc):

Any graduation/ Bachelor of Engineering

SAP knowledge must

Knowledge of access management must.

Prior experience in audit/ segregation of duties
