Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2022: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) a Navaratna Company and a premier Indian Public Limited Company in Professional Electronics is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer on a temporary basis for the CRL-Ghaziabad Unit. There are a total of 13 vacancies for the given post. The upper age limit to apply for a Trainee Engineer is 28 years and for Project Engineer is 32 years. Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2022 will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 55000.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test followed by an interview. Trainee Engineer- The age limit should be not more than 28 years for General & EWS candidates.
Project Engineer– The age limit should be not more than 32 years for General & EWS candidates.
The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years. For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years‟ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
Trainee Engineer- Trainee Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended upto a maximum of three years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual‟s performance.
Remuneration-
Project Engineers- Project Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years which may be extended upto a maximum of Four years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual‟s performance.
Remuneration-
Area allowance* @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (per month)
*Only to those candidates who will be posted to various sites and customer locations Rs. 12000 per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.
For Trainee Engineer- B.E/B.Tech (4-year course) Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant discipline from a recognized University/ Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
Experience– Minimum 01 years/C++, Java, Algorithm Development, SW Documentation.
For Project Engineers- B.E/ B.Tech (4-year course) Engineering degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Below 55% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
Experience- Minimum 02 years/C++, Java, SW Testing, SW Documentation Python, etc.
Selection will be through a Written Test followed by an interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.
