WBPSC Recruitment 2023: West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) is inviting online applications from Indian citizens for the post of Psychologist for the department of Correctional Administration. According to the official notification released by WBPSC Recruitment 2023, there is only 01 vacancy for this post. The maximum age limit for applying for this post is 36 years.

Candidate must have post Graduate Degree in Psychology from a recognized University and 3 (three) years of experience in the field of psychological counseling to a group of individuals in conflict with the law in any organization under the Government. Specialization in Criminology/Penology/Correctional Psychology will be desirable.
Applicant must not be more than 36 years as of 01.01.2022. The upper age limit is relaxable in respect of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes or the Scheduled Castes or the Other Backward Classes (Category A and Category B) as per extant rules of the Government of West Bengal.
