JPSC Recruitment 2023: The Controller of Examinations, Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has invited Online Applications from Experienced and Competent Faculty for the Assistant Professor (Psychiatric Social Work) Post in Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry & Allied Sciences (RINPAS). Eligibility for JPSC Recruitment 2023:

In view of the JPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicant should have gained the following Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

i) Social Work with Medical and Psychiatric Social Work as One Paper/ M.A./ M.S.W. in Sociology with 2nd Division College/Equivalent Institute accredited by the University Grants Commission; And

ii) Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) Doctor in Science (D.Sc.) in Psychiatric Social Work from any University/ College/ Equivalent Institute accredited by the University Grants Commission.

Experience: Post Doctor Philosophiae (Ph.D.)Doctor in Science (D.Sc.) 03 Years Experience in Teaching and Research in relevant the Subject and 02 Years’ Experience in publishing 02 Letters in Indexed/National Journals.

Upper Age Limits for JPSC Recruitment 2023:

Minimum Age 30 Years. Retirement Age is 62 Years.

1) Un-Reserved Category Candidates (As on 01.01.2022) should be aged a Minimum Age of 30 Years and a Maximum of 45 Years. Divyangjan should not exceed 55 Years.

2) Backward Community/Extremely Backward and Divyangjan to be Maximum of 47 Years. Divyangjan to be a Maximum of 57 Years.

3) Women (UR/BC/EBC) to be a Maximum of 48 Years. Divyangjan to be a Maximum of 58 Years. Divyangjan to be a Maximum of 57 Years.

4) SC/ST (Men and Women): Maximum 50 Years. Divyangjan to be a Maximum of 47 Years. Divyangjan to be a Maximum of 60 Years.

Note: There is No Age Limit for Doctors working in Jharkhand State Health Service Cadre.

Pay Scale for JPSC Recruitment 2023:

Pay Scale Level 11 Pay Bank III 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600

Post-Selection the Candidates would be issued Appointments under the Pay Scale Levels mentioned hereinabove.

Selection Criteria for JPSC Recruitment 2023:

Selection for Assistant Professor (Psychiatric Social Work) will be carried through by way of an Interview, which would also be comprising Due Weightage Marks for the Qualifications and Experience involving Document Verification.

Payment Remittance will be accepted through State Bank of India Collect through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking/ Challan.

i) General Category Candidates: Rs. 600 Plus Banking Charges

ii) Jharkhand State Domicile Scheduled Castes/ Primitive Tribes/ Scheduled Tribes: Rs. 100 Plus Banking Charges
