Roles and Responsibility:

To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.

To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management

Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interview sort participation in hiring drives.

To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies

To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases

To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Candidates should have possesses MBA from a recognised University of India.

Strong architecture & design experience of Deploying Enterprise applications on AWS.

Strong in AWS engineering & Automation Experience of Native networking & security solutions on AWS.

Expertise of Native AWS services such as Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, Config Mgr, Guard duty Hands on scripting experience using Cloud formation, Python & Shell Experience of AWS database technologies RDS., RedShift, Dynamo DB etc.

Strong Networking fundamental and concepts. Expertise in AWS PaaS services like Lambda, Kinesis, SQS etc.

Experience:

A Techno commercial IT professional having work experience of over 8 to 12 years in the area of Solution Architect & Pre-Sales.

The partner ecosystem would be dedicated towards Cloud Business.

Ideally candidates with exposure in Global markets across US, UK, Continental Europe, APAC including Indian market will be preferred
