Budget 2023 will fulfill wishes of Common Man: PM Modi

The Finance minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, will present the Economic Survey 2023 to the Parliament today. The budget session for the Parliament will begin on January 31. On February 1, 2023, FM Sitharaman will deliver the Union Budget 2023. Typically, the Economic Survey is presented one day before the Budget. Under the direction of the Chief Economic Advisor, the Department of Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Finance prepares it (CEA). The Chief Economic Advisor, Dr. V Anantha Nageswaran, will hold a news conference later in the day to go over the specifics of the Economic Survey 2023.

Economic Survey: What is it?

Every year, the Finance Minister submits the Economic Survey, a report on the state of the economy for the current financial year, one day before the release of the Union Budget. The Economic Survey offers a thorough evaluation of each sector’s performance and forecasts GDP growth and other economic metrics for the ensuing fiscal year.

Budget 2023 is for Common Man

PM Narendra Modi told the media ahead of the Budget session in Parliament that the Union Budget will try to meet the wishes of the common man. He also stated that the world sees India as a bright point, and that FM Nirmala Sitharaman’s Budget 2023 will aim to work in that direction.
