FACT Recruitment 2023: Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT) Limited has invited Online Applications from the Candidates meeting Eligibility for the Post of Engineer (Civil) on a Contractual Basis (Temporary). As per the FACT Recruitment 2023, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up with the Appointment of the Appropriately Eligible Candidate on Engineer (Civil) for 01 Year in FACT Engineering and Design Organization (FEDO).
The Eligible Candidates who are willing to be Applicants for Engagement on a Temporary Contractual Basis in FACT Engineering And Design Organization (FEDO) for the Projects of FACT/FEDO can submit their applications on or before the last date.
As per the FACT Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible and Intending Candidates is 13th February 2023 (13.02.2023). The Last Date for the Online Registered Candidates for dispatching the Online Application Printout with the Requisite Documents within 10 Days from Online Application Submission.
According to the FACT Recruitment 2023 Advertisement 01 notified Vacancy shall be filled on Temporary Contractual Basis explained hereunder:

Appointment nature: On Temporary Contractual Basis (Initially for 01 Year)
As per the FACT Recruitment 2023 Advertisement mandating 01.01.2023 as the Crucial Age for determining the Age Limit, the Eligible Candidates should have be born on or between 01.01.1988 and 31.12.2004.
Relaxation in Maximum Age Limit for Reserved Community as per Government Directives.
Maximum Age: 35 Years
According to the FACT Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Salary payable to the Candidates shall be in Consolidated shape.
Salary: Rs. 25750 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty) Consolidated only Engineer (Civil)
*Note: The Candidates offered Engagement as Engineer (Civil) mentioned hereinabove will be paid a Consolidated Pay of Rs.25750 Per Month (Pay under Revision). Higher Consolidated Payment will be considered for those with higher relevant experience @ 3% for each completed Year of Additional Relevant Experience over and above the Minimum Experience given under “Specification”, subject to Maximum Rs.30000 Per Month.
The Eligibility under FACT Recruitment 2023 Advertisement essential for the Candidates are as follows:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum Post Qualification 01 Year’s Experience in Construction Projects.
Selection on Engineer (Civil) shall be carried out by Interview. Selection shall be conducted on the basis of Merit List specific to both General Merit and Reserved Community Candidates. .
Engagement from the Panel shall remain at the discretion of the FACT Management, subject to requirements in Projects and so forth, and Reservation Rules. Interested Candidates from the Panel may be considered for Engagement for the Shorter Duration Periods, or for other Projects, based on requirements of the Company on the Terms fixed by FACT for such Engagement.
*Note: Only Post-Qualification Experience will be considered for the Post.
The Engagement of the Individual in the Engineer (Civil) Post will be for 01 (One) Year or till Completion of the Project on which the Person is to be engaged, whichever is earlier.
The Contract is Renewable at the discretion of the Management, subject to requirement, Performance, Assessment, etc. Engagement is also liable to be terminated by the Management with 15 Days’ Advance Notice at FACT’s discretion without assigning any reason, whatsoever, Notice, at its discretion without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
