Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023: Central Bank of India is hiring candidates for the Counselor FLCC post on a contractual basis. As per the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is only 01 vacancy in this post. According to the official notification, the candidate should have Graduate / Post Graduate degrees from a UGC-recognized University and Officer with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development, etc. shall be preferred.

The candidate should have Graduate / Post Graduate degrees from a UGC-recognized University.
Desirable:
Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
As per the official notification of the central bank of india recruitment 2023, the experience required for the post is given below:-
1). The Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
2). He should have worked as Branch Manager on any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.
3). The candidate should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from his previous employer.
4). The candidate Should be well conversant with the local language.
5). The candidate Should have retired from Scale II & above for FLCCs.
6). The candidate Should be a resident of Maharashtra State.
As per the official notification of the Central Bank of India, the Selection Procedure is the eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
