Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda is inviting applications from eligible and willing candidates for the Post of Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) and Defence Relationship Manager (DRM). There are a total of 7 vacancies for the Posts including 05 vacancies for the Post of DDBA and 02 vacancies for the Post of DRM. A candidate can apply for only one post under this project. Only Candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.
As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility. Short-listing and interviews will be purely provisional without verification of documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents as and when called by the Bank. As per the official recruitment 2023 notification, the online registration of the application will start on 10.02.2023 and the last date for submission will be 02.03.2023.

Post-wise age limits are given below;
For Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) Post:
The age of the candidate shall not be above 57 years as on 01.02.2023.
For Defence Relationship Manager (DRM) Role:
The age of the candidate shall not be above 54 years as on 01.02.2023.
Post-wise salaries are given below;
For Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) Post:
The selected candidate will be paid a fixed compensation of Rs 18.00 lakhs per annum.
For Defence Relationship Manager (DRM) Post:
The selected candidate will be paid a fixed compensation of Rs 9.00 lakhs per annum.
The eligible candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE etc.
Credit History: The candidate applying for the above positions shall ensure that they maintain a healthy Credit history and shall have a minimum CIBIL score of 650 or above at the time of joining. The minimum credit score will be as per the Banks policy, amended from time to time.
The contractual Engagement for the given post will be for a period of 5 years or up to attaining the age of 62 years, whichever is earlier, subject to a performance review on regular basis. The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.
Selection will be based on shortlisting and subsequent rounds of Personal Interviews and/or Group Discussion and/or any other selection method.
