BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company and India’s premier professional electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence invites applications from qualified candidates for the posts of Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer/Officer. There are a 27 vacancies for the given posts. As given in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023 candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 55000. The upper age limit to apply for Trainee Engineer is 28 years and for Project Engineer is 32 years.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test followed by interview of only those candidates who qualify the written test. Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on performance in the written test in the respective category. In accordance to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can download the application form from official website of BEL and send their duly filled-in application form along with self-attested photocopies of the documents by post to Dy. General Manager (HR& A), Bharat Electronics Limited Panchkula Haryana 134113. The last date for submitting the application form is 23rd February 2023.

As given in the notification of BEL recruitrment 2023, the tenure is given below-
For Project Engineers / Officers- The engagement will be initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended upto a maximum of Four years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual’s performance.
For Trainee Engineers- The engagement will be initially for a period of 2 years which may be extended upto a maximum of Three years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual’s performance.
According to the notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below:
For Trainee Engineers- The upper age limit to apply for the post is 28 years.
For Project Engineers / Officers- The upper age limit to apply for the post is 32 years.

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for BEL Recruitment 2023:
4 Years B.E./ B.Tech. course from recognised Institute/University in the following Engineering discipline for the post of Trainee and Project Engineers
a) Electronics – Electronics/ Electronics& Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/ Communication
b) 2 Years MBA/MSW/PGHRM in HR from recognised Institute/University for the post of Project Officer – I (HR).
Experience-
Trainee Engineer- 1 year relevant post qualification industrial experience. Only relevant post qualification experience will be considered. The decision of the selection committee, with respect to relevance of experience will be final. Work experience indicated without supporting documents, will not be considered.
Project Engineer/Officer- 2 years relevant post qualification industrial experience. Only relevant post qualification experience will be considered. The decision of the selection committee, with respect to relevance of experience will be final. Work experience indicated without supporting documents, will not be considered.
As per the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023 notification , eligible candidates can download the application form from official website of BEL and send their duly filled-in application form along with self-attested photocopies of the documents by post to Dy. General Manager (HR& A), Bharat Electronics Limited Panchkula Haryana 134113. Candidates applying for Project Engineer have to pay Rs. 472 and candidates applying for Traineer engineer have to pay RS. 177 as application fees.
