BOB Recruitment 2025: The Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting candidates for the engagement of Business Correspondent (BC) Coordinator on a contract basis. The candidate will be appointed for a tenure period of 12 months subject to review after every 12 months. As mentioned in the Official notification of BOB Recruitment 2025, there is only 01 vacancy for the assigned position. The candidate will be placed at the Malavalli Centre in the state of Karnataka. The age limit for Young Candidates should be in the age group of 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment and the maximum age for continuation of BC Coordinators will be 65 years, for Retired Bank Employees the maximum age for continuation of BC Coordinators will be 65 years.

Referring to the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2025, candidates will be shortlisted for the Interview Process. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview in due course. Candidate should be proficient in local language & dialect both reading and writing.

Eligibility for BOB Recruitment 2025:

Retired Bank Employees

  • Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank PSU Banks up to the rank of Chief Manager.
  • Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
  • All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

Young Candidates

  • Candidate should have a degree of graduation with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.
