Age Limit for WAPCOS Recruitment 2023:

As per the notification of WAPCOS recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For Structure Engineer and Environmental Engineer- The upper age limit is 40 years.

For Technical Assistant- The upper age limit is 35 years.

Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWBMD will be as per Government rules.

Pay Scale for WAPCOS Recruitment 2023:

According to the notification of WAPCOS recruitment 2023, the pay scale is given below-

For Structure Engineer- Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 60000.

For Environmental Engineer- Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 70000.

For Technical Assistant- Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 25000.

Qualification for WAPCOS Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of WAPCOS recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualifications-

For Structure Engineer- M.E/M.Tech (Structural Engineering) from the recognized University/Institute.

Experience–

• Minimum 5 years of Experience.
• The Candidate should have relevant experience in advanced structural analysis and design of civil structures.
• The candidate should have expertise in structural Analysis and structural designing software. Experience in Marine work will be an added advantage.

For Environmental Engineer-  M.E/M.Tech (Environmental Engineering) from the recognized University/Institute.

Experience-

• Minimum 3 years of Experience.
• The Candidate should have relevant Experience in the preparation of ToR, Environmental Impact assessment report, and Environment management plan, including obtaining EIA clearance & Coastal regulation zone (CRZ) clearance from pollution control boards of the state/ Central Government. The candidate should also have experience in on field surveys involved in EIA & CRZ clearance.
• Experience in Marine work will be an added advantage.

For Technical Assistant- Diploma in Civil/Engineering from the recognized University/Institute/Board.

Experience-

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• The Civil Diploma candidate should have relevant experience in construction-related activities i.e. execution/supervision of construction works involving Marine & other construction works and large value civil engineering projects etc.

For Technical Assistant- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the recognized University/Institute/Board.

Experience-

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• The Electrical diploma candidate should have relevant experience working at the site and cost estimation.
• Experience in Marine works will be an added advantage.
