JPSC Recruitment 2023: Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has sought Applications from Experienced Candidates Eligible for Appointment on the Post Director (Non-Cadre) in the Directorate of Technical Education through this JPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for the purpose. There is 01 Vacancy under Pay Scale Rs.37400-67000 Plus Grade Pay AGP Rs.10000 in the Pay Matrix.
As is notified in the JPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued, the Eligible Candidates with Willingness may submit their respective Applications in the Prescribed Application Proforma only up to 23rd March 2023, the Last Date.
As per the JPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification, 01 Notified Post is earmarked for the General Merit Candidate:

Based on the JPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification, Post Selection the Officer shall be entitled to the Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000 Plus Grade Pay Academic Grade Pay Rs.10000 in the Pay Matrix.
According to the JPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidate should be aged as explained hereunder:
Minimum 50 Years and Maximum 55 Years (as on 01.08.2022)
The Applicant Candidate should be in Service as Professor in the Government Technical Or Principal in Polytechnic Or Professor in the Government Technological/Technical University/Semi-Government/Industry/Central Government and the Professor Level Jharkhand State Government Enterprise(s)
Educational Qualification: Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D) Degree (with 1st Class Degree at Bachelors/Master’s Level) in Engineering/Technology. In addition, the Candidate should be the Person of Eminence in the field.
Experience: 15-Years’ Experience in Teaching/Industry/Research out of which 05-Years must be at the Level of Professor/ Principal, or above in Engineering/Technology.
Note: The Applicant should have the Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D) Degree issued by the Accredited University only.
Selection for Appointment on the Post Technical Director shall be carried through an Examination. Distribution of Marks for the Corresponding Examination and different Educational Qualifications, shall be as follows :
Weightage Marks:
1. Academic Record and Research Performance: 20 Marks (20%)
2. Research Performance and Quality of Publications: 40 Marks (40%)
3. Assessment of Domain Knowledge and Teaching Skills: 20 Marks (20%)
4. Interview Performance: 20 Marks (20%)
According to the JSPC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Examination Fee to be remitted through the SBI Collect by way of Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/SBI Challan:
I) Un-Reserved Category: Rs.600 Plus Bank Charges
II) Backward Community and Extremely Backward Class (Schedule I): Rs.600 Plus Bank Charges
III) Jharkhand State Domicile SC/ST Candidates: Rs.150 Plus Bank Charges
IV) All General Merit Candidates and Reserved Community Applicants against the Un-Reserved Category shall have to pay the Examination stated against Serial No. I
