Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023: Delhi Cantonment Board is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Specialists, Senior Residents and General Duty Medical Officers (GDMOs) on a short-term contract basis. As per the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 15 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 months.

As per the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates applying for the post of Specialists and Senior Residents should have Postgraduate Medical Degree/Diploma or equivalent in the concerned specialty for Senior Residents. In addition for Specialists, the minimum post-qualification experience is 3yr/5yr respectively after the postgraduate degree/diploma.
Additional Qualifications/ Experience:
(a) Specialist Surgery: Expertise in laparoscopy,
(b) Intensivist (ICU/PICU): additional qualification in Intensive Care/ Critical care medicine e.g. DM/DNB/Post-doctoral Fellowship/Equivalent after post-graduate qualification in Anesthesia/ Respiratory Medicine/ Surgery/ Medicine (Pediatrics in case of PICU), with suitable experience in ICU/ PICU.
(C) Medical Officer (Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology): MBBS/ equivalent with Internship, and minimum one-year post-qualification experience of managing OPD/Indoor/OT/procedures in the concerned specialty (medicine, obstetrics & gynecology) at a referral government/corporate hospital. Preference will be given to those with higher experience in the concerned specialty.
Candidates applying for the post of Specialists and Senior Residents should be below the age of 45, and candidates applying for the post of GDMO should be below the age of 32.
As per the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 notification, the selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 months.
As per the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 notification, Selected candidates for the post of Specialists/ Senior Residents will get a monthly salary of Rs. 140444, and the selected candidates for the post of GDMOs will get a monthly salary of Rs. 118033.
