NEET UG 2023: The NEET UG(National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate) application process is closing today, i.e., on 6th April 2023. The NTA (National Testing Agency) commenced the application process for the NEET UG on 6th March 2023. The application window has been active since then, and now it is closing today, on 6th April 2023. The registration process will end at 9 pm today, while the online application fee can be paid up to 11:50 pm on 6th April 2023.

The NTA conducts the NEET UG exam for admission to various undergraduate medical courses, such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, and BSMS. From this year onwards, admission to the 4-year B.Sc. Nursing offered at Armed Forces Medical Services Hospitals, known as MNS (Military Nursing Service), will be offered through the NEET UG. The NEET scores will be used to shortlist candidates for admission to the BSc Nursing program.

The NEET UG examination is scheduled on 7th May 2023. The total duration of the exam will be 200 minutes. The exam will take place from 2 pm to 5:20 pm. The NEET exam will have 200 Multiple Choice Questions. The questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology) subjects. Each subject will have 50 questions divided into two sections: A &B. Applicants from different categories will have to pay different amounts to appear for the NEET UG 2023. The NEET UG is a national-level exam conducted once every year. The NEET UG exam will be held in 13 different languages. Conducting exams in regional languages will help students from rural backgrounds to score better and provide a level playing field to such candidates. The exam will be held in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. The NEET UG exam will be organized in pen-and-paper mode.
