NEET UG Registration 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting applications online for NEET(UG) 2023 for admission to undergraduate medical courses all over India.
Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act of 2019, states that the NEET(UG) must be administered as a universal National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission. Students who are going for undergraduate courses such as BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS must also pass the NEET(UG), as specified in Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act of 2020 and the National Commission for Homeopathy Act of 2020.
MNS (Military Nursing Service) applicants seeking admission to the four-year BSc Nursing Course being offered at Armed Forces Medical Services Hospitals in 2023 must pass the NEET. The NEET scores will be used to shortlist candidates for admission to the BSc Nursing program.
The NEET exam will include 200 multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology). Each subject will have 50 questions divided into two sections (A and B). The Examination will last 200 minutes (03 hours 20 minutes) and will take place from 02:00 PM to 05:20 PM (Indian Standard Time) for all candidates. The exam will be held in offline mode, according to the official bulletin.
As this exam will be held in PAN India, it will be conducted in 13 dissimilar languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

Candidates are requested to follow the specific guidelines as mentioned on the official website of NTA while applying. Only one application can be submitted per person, which can be submitted only through online mode. Candidates must ensure that the email address and mobile number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or that of their parents/guardians only as all information/communication will be sent by NTA through email or SMS. Candidates must upload address proof (Present and permanent address) during the online Application Form of NEET (UG) – 2023. The address proof may include AADHAAR Card, Domicile Certificate, Passport, Voter ID card, etc. Both documents (if applicable) are to be merged and uploaded in a single PDF file. If the Present and Permanent addresses are the same, then the same document will suffice.
