BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Project Officer – I, Project Engineer- I and Trainee Officer – I on a contract basis. As per the BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 12 vacancies. Selected candidates for the Trainee Officer – I will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years and the selected candidates for the post of Project Officer and Project Engineer will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years. There is an opening for the Panchkula unit, Navi Mumbai Unit, Delhi and Punjab Office.
As per the BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, Candidates applying for the post of Trainee Officer –I should be below the age of 28 years and the maximum age limit for applying for the post of Project Officer – I and Project Engineer- I should be below the age of 32 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 40000 is their first year. Mention below is the qualification required for BEL Recruitment 2023:
Trainee Officer – I
Candidates should have MA (Hindi) or any PG with proficiency in Hindi i.e., studied Hindi as a medium in matriculation or studied Hindi as an elective subject in the Degree level.
Project Officer – I
Candidates should have MA (Hindi) or any PG with proficiency in Hindi i.e., studied Hindi as a medium in matriculation or studied Hindi as an elective subject in the Degree level.
Project Engineer- I
Candidates should have BE / B. Tech / B.Sc (Engg-4 years) in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication /Communication / Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science / Information Technology /Information Science.

Trainee Officer – I
A fresher can also apply for the post of Trainee Officer – I.
Project Officer – I
Candidates applying for the post of Project Officer – I should have 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience such as administrative work in Hindi, terminological work in Hindi, translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa, etc.. Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered. The selection committee’s decision, with respect to the relevance of experience, will be final. Work experience indicated without supporting documents, will not be considered.
Project Engineer- I
Candidates applying for the post of Project Engineer- I should have minimum 2 years of experience. The candidates should have relevant post qualifications and Industrial experience. Experience in IP Networking, , Helpdesk Management is desirable. Experience in IT Infrastructure Projects/ IP Networking / Data Centre Projects/CCTV Projects/Sensors based IOT Projects / any IP enabled Electronic / Software product Installation, Configuration, Maintenance or Product Support services are preferred.

Mention below is the salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:
Trainee Officer – I
Selected candidates will get Rs. 30000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 35000 for the 2nd year and Rs. 40000 for the 3rd year.
Project Officer – I
Selected candidates will get Rs. 40000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45000 for 2nd year, Rs. 50000 for the 3rd year and Rs. 55000 for the 4th year.
Project Engineer- I
Selected candidates will get Rs. 40000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45000 for 2nd year, Rs. 50000 for the 3rd year, and Rs. 55000 for the 4th year.
Selected candidates for the Trainee Officer – I will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years and the selected candidates for the post of Project Officer – I and Project Engineer- I will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years. The contract tenure can be extended for 01 years.
Candidates will be selected through a written test followed by an interview.
