THDC Indian Limited (THDC) is hiring candidates for Executive Director (E9) posts in the disciplines, of Technical (Civil Design), Technical (Thermal), and Non-Tech (HR). There are 03 vacancies for the given post.

Age Limit for THDC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the above-given post is 57 years.

Qualification for THDC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the Executive Director (E9) post must have the following qualification.

Technical (Civil Design)

• Applicants should have B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in India.
• Post-qualification executive experience of 27 years in Executive/ Officer cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute out of which minimum 2 years in immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). IDA pay scale Rs. 120000-3%-280000 or equivalent level/post profile ( Private Sector)

Technical (Thermal)

• Applicants should have B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.
• Post-qualification executive experience of 27 years in Executive/ Officer cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute out of which minimum 2 years in immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). IDA pay scale Rs. 120000-3%-280000 or equivalent level/post profile (Private Sector)

Non-Tech (HR)

• For this post candidate should have an MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management / HRD / HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management / IR / Labour Welfare or Minimum 2 years full-time Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR / Labour Welfare or a Master in Social Work or MHROD from recognized university / Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority.
• For Non-tech Desirable Qualifications, need is the candidate must have LLB.
• Post-qualification executive experience of 27 years in Executive/ Officer cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute out of which minimum 2 years in immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). IDA pay scale Rs. 120000-3%-280000 or equivalent level/post profile (Private Sector)

Salary for THDC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates chosen for the position of Executive Director (E9) will be paid Rs.150000-3%-300000 (IDA). The compensation package will include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Cafeteria Perquisites and Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, and other benefits as determined by company rules in effect at the time.

Registration Fee for THDC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates belonging to the General/OBC(NCL)/EWS category are required to pay non-refundable registration fees of Rs.600 ) through online mode.

The SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates (THDCIL Employees only)need not pay the Registration fee.

Selection Procedure for THDC Recruitment 2023:

Eligible Candidates shall be shortlisted for the Interview on the basis of essential qualifications, number of years, and nature of experiences.

The selection process consists of marks obtained (100 marks) in Essential Qualification, Number of years, and Interview.

Candidates must qualify for Personal Interview in order to be considered for the empanelment
