As per the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

For Manager (Rajbhasha)-

• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. Or
• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level. Or
• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as subjects at the degree level. Or
• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level. Or
• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level.

Desirable–

• Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognized Board or the equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution. Or
• Degree or Diploma in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized University.

Experience-

• 08 years experience of in using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature.

For Hindi Officer-

• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. Or
• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level. Or
• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as subjects at the degree level. Or
• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi Medium and English as a subject at the degree level. Or
• Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level.

Desirable-

Salary for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the post of Manager(Rajbhasha) will get a monthly salary on pay band level 03 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs.6600 equivalent to level 11 in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC and for the post of Hindi Officer will get a monthly salary on pay band level 3 (Rs.15600- 39100) with Grade Pay of Rs.5400 equivalent to Level 10 in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of 03 years which may be extended for another 02 years, with the approval of the Chairman, NHAI.
