RCIL Recruitment 2023: RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL), Indian Railway, Ministry of Railways New Delhi has invited Applications through Proper Channel from Experienced Officers for Appointment on 01 Post Assistant General Manager (AGM)/Senior Manager (SM)/Manager (Mgr)/Deputy Manager (Dy Mgr)/Assistant Manager (Asstt Mgr) on Deputation/Absorption Basis with Posting in Corporate Office, New Delhi and Kolkata vide the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification 07/2023 Dated 03.05.2023. According to the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there has occurred 01 Vacancy to be filled up with Parent Grade Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (PP Plus DA) and DPE Scales Plus Allowances.
Based on the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Eligible and Desirous Officers may apply within 30 Days from issuance of this RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 18.04.2023. As may be read in the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement the Officials post Selection on Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager/Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager Posts shall be engaged for 03 Years till RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. remains Exempted from the Rule of Immediate Absorption, whichever being Earlier on Deputation and in case of Absorption till the Superannuation Age. According to the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Willing and Eligible Officers should apply through Proper Channel in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma by completing the Application Submission Process within 30 Days from issuance of the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Advertisement.
Note: The Cadre Controlling Authority in the Zonal Railways should forward duly completed Applications of the Eligible Candidates with Desire in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma.
Based on the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, 01 notified Post for Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager/Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager shall be filled up for 03 Years:

Posting Situation: Corporate Office, New Delhi
As has been notified in the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Appropriately Suitable Officers selected for General Manager/Group General Manager/Executive Director Posts shall be entitled to Monthly Salaries as explained hereunder:
Monthly Pay Scale:
i) Parent Grade Pay (PGP) Plus Deputation Allowance (On Deputation) As per Rules.
ii) Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) Scales Plus Allowances of the Level of Selection (On Absorption)
As per the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum/Upper Age Limits for the Candidates as on the Closing 30th Date of the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement/Vacancy Notice, as has been prescribed therein, shall remain as narrated hereunder.
Deputation Basis: Should Not Exceed 56 Years
Absorption Basis: Should Not Exceed 57 Years
As has been explained in the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligibility Essential for General Manager/Group General Manager/ Executive Director Posts should be as explained hereunder:
Service: The Personnel working in the Finance/Accounts Department of Railways
Specific Requirements: Experience of Working as a Member of Finance Related TC/Estimate Vetting, etc. with 05 Years’ Experience of working in Vigilance Organization
Minimum Eligibility:
Selection on any of the Post Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager/Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager to be carried through by Deputation/Absorption involves a Viva-voce.
Post-Selection, the Officers shall be issued Appointments for General Manager/Group General Manager/Executive Director Posts for 03 Years. The Incumbent shall function in working in Finance/Accounts Department of Railways Service.
According to the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Eligibility should apply.
