Post Name and Vacancies for NCERT Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NCERT recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the posts of Junior Project Fellow. There are a total of 11 vacancies for the given post.

Tenure- The appointment is up to 31st March 2024.

Age Limit for NCERT Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NCERT recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 40 years
as of the last date of filing up the application form.

Age relaxation will be given as below-

ST/SC- By 5 years

OBC– By 3 years

Qualification for NCERT Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for NCERT Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Project Name- Identification of Indian Knowledge Systems in Literature for inclusion in Science and Mathematics Textbooks and Development of Learning Outcomes based activities in Biology, Chemistry,
Physics and Mathematics at Secondary Stage(Level-2)

Master’s degree in Physics or any related discipline with minimum 55Yo Marks for general category (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH)

Desirable-

1.Degree/ Diploma in Education

2. Knowledge of Computer Applications

3. Knowledge of Sanskrit

4. Rational Eligibility Test (NET)

5. Atleast six months’Research experience in related area

For Project Name- Development of Learning Outcomes based activities in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics at Secondary Stage(Level-2) and Development of Audio-Video Resource in Chemistry at Secondary Stage-

Master’s degree in Chemistry or any related discipline with minimum 55Yo Marks for general category (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH)

Desirable:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Education

2. Knowledge of Computer Applications

3. National Eligibility Test (NET)
4. Atleast six months’ Research experience in related area

For Project Name– Centre for Popularization of Science-

Master’s degree in Botany/Agriculture Botany, Biotechnology Life Sciences/Environmental Science or any related disciplines with minimum 55% Marks for general category (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH)

Desirable:

1. Degree Diploma in Education

2. Knowledge of Computer Applications

3. National Eligibility Test (NET)

4. Atleast six months’ Research experience in related area

Salary for NCERT Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NCERT recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 25000.

For NET Qualified candidates- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 25000.

For Non-NET candidates- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 23000.

Selection Procedure for NCERT Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. The interview will be held at Conference Room, 1st Floor, DESM, Janaki Anmal Khand, DESM, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110016.
