Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, a candidate shall be appointed on a Contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal of contract may be considered at the sole discretion of Society/Trust and subject to satisfactory performance for Faculty,and Office Assistant 

For Counselor FLCC post candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal may be possible at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules

Age limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for  Faculty, and Counselor FLCC is 65 years only, and for the Office Assistant post the maximum age limit is 35 years.

Qualification for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Faculty

Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc.Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.

Desirable
Retd. Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having experience of working as Faculty, Rural Development with qualification stated above, will get preference.

Counselor FLCC

Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.

Desirable
Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Office Assistant

Shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/ BA/ B. Com with computer knowledge.

Desirable
Knowledge in basic accounts & book keeping.

Experience for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

The Experience required for the above post is mentioned below.

Faculty

• Should be well conversant with local language.
• Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre

Counselor FLCC

• Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
• He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.
• He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• Should be well conversant with local language.
• Should have retired from Scale-II & above.
• Should be resident

Office Assistant

• Should be well conversant with the local language.
• Should be resident of the same or nearby district/ residing at the head quarter of RSETI center

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, a candidate appointed for a Faculty post will get a monthly salary of Rs.20000, for the Counselor FLCC post applicant will Salary of Rs.15000, and for the Office Assistant post applicant will salary of Rs.12000 per month.

As mentioned in the Official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, there is no application fee prescribed.

Selection Procedure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
