OMC Recruitment 2023: Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) Ltd. is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Dy. General Manager, Sr. Manager, Manager and Medical Officer-III in different disciplines. As per the OMC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 16 vacancies. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 209200.

Dy. General Manager (Security)
Candidates should have graduated in any discipline from any recognized University and should be an Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of Major of the Indian Army or its equivalent rank in Navy / Air force / Para Military Forces.
Manager (Security)
Candidates should have graduated in any discipline from any recognized University and should be an Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of Captain of the Indian Army or its equivalent rank in Navy / Air force / Para Military Forces.
Sr. Manager (Civil)
Candidates should have a BE/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.

Mention below is the experience required for OMC Recruitment 2023:
Dy. General Manager (Security)
Candidates should be Lt. Col/ Major/ Wing Commander /Squadron Leader / Commander / Lt. Commander in Defence or equivalent from CISF / Paramilitary. Candidates should have minimum 14 years of service in Defence / Para-Military Services. Candidates should be medical category SHAPE-I. Candidate possessing qualification on various Security Courses from any Govt. approved institute OR having minimum 03 years of Industrial experience in a Govt. Organizations / PSUs will have added advantages.
Manager (Security)
Candidates should be a Captain from the Indian Army/ Lieutenant from the Indian Navy/Flight Lieutenant from the Indian Air Force or equivalent from CISF / Paramilitary. Candidates should have minimum 05 years of service in Defence / Para-Military Services. Candidates should be medical category SHAPE-I. Candidate possessing qualification on various Security Courses from any Govt. approved institute OR having a minimum 01 year of Industrial experience in a Govt. Organizations / PSUs will have added advantages.
Sr. Manager (Civil)
Candidates should have minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in the execution, supervision and monitoring of different civil / infrastructure projects, housing, roads, environmental/statutory constructions etc. Candidates must have sound knowledge of estimation, project report preparation, preparation of BOQ and report preparation, tendering contract finalization etc. Experience in mineral beneficiation plant / ETP / ore handling plant will be an added advantage. Candidates with Knowledge of Auto CAD, exposure to SAP environment and E-Procurement will also be an added advantage
