Oil India Recruitment 2023: Oil India Limited (OIL), a Navratna Company, is seeking applications from Retired Officers for the engagement of two (2) Domain Experts on-call duty basis. According to the official notification of Oil India Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed with 30 years of minimum experience in the Mines, Minerals, and Hydrocarbon sectors. The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary between Rs.8,000 to 10,000 per day depending on their post categories as stated below.

For Domain Expert (Liasioning & Coordination)
The candidates should have educational qualifications of Masters, M.Sc. in Geology, or applied geology would be preferred. He/she should have good interpersonal, delegation, liaison, networking, and communication skills to establish effective internal and external relationships with the organization.
For Domain Expert (Planning & Monitoring – Geology)
The candidates should have good experience in planning exploration programs, and logging of boreholes for mines and mineral resources. He/she should have experience in the preparation of strategic planning and monitoring of various projects.
