SAIL Recruitment 2023: The Central Marketing Organization (CMO), a division of the Maharatna Steel Authority Of India Limited (SAIL), plans to hire a general-disciplined doctor to fill the position of General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO-01) a contract-for-service basis. As mentioned in the Official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed for a tenure period of one year from the date of joining, which can be further extended for a period of up to one year at the discretion of the Company. The maximum period for engagement under the same contract would not be more than three years.

The above monthly remuneration rates shall be applicable for engagement for a minimum of 8 hours a day for five / six days in a week (as per CMO working days) or 48 hours a week. However, if engagement is for less than 8 hours per day/ 48 hours a week, the rates may be pro-rated accordingly. The monthly rate should not exceed the maximum prescribed limit of the referred post.
According to the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, candidates have to work in the Medical Units of CMO, Kolkata.
In accordance with the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the walk-in interview.
Only those candidates who are found eligible by the Document Verification Committee will be allowed to appear in the Interview.
