NCRTC Recruitment 2023: National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) a Joint venture of Govt of India and participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and U.P, invites applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Assistant Manager/Social Development on a contract basis for a period of 03 years which can be extended. As per the official notification of NCRTC Recruitment 2023, there is only 01 vacancy open for the given post. The selected candidates should get an annual income of Rs.16.04 lakhs. Candidates should have a Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in (Development Studies/ Social Welfare or Work/ Rural Development/ Public Administration/ Applied Social Science i.e., Anthropology, Sociology, Economic Development or Human Geography) (2 years full time/part-time).
According to the official notification of NCRTC Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a personal interview. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and experience in the relevant field. The maximum age limit is 40 years to apply for the above-mentioned post. (i) Class 10th Certificate/ Birth Certificate.
(ii) Degree Certificate of Graduation and Post Graduation clearly showing stream/specialization.
(iii) Copies of Educational Certificates (Matriculation onwards).
(iv) Appointment letter along with joining and latest salary slip of current organization.
(v) Experience Certificate/s & Duty allocation orders.
(vi) Copies of the APARs.
(vii) Office order showing promotion to present grade.
(viii) Experience /Service Certificate/ Relieving order issued by the organization.
(ix) Form -16/ITR (for private sector candidates).
As per the official notification of NCRTC Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and experience in the relevant field. Only shortlisted candidates are called for an interview. NCRTC reserves the right to conduct a written examination for the post in case the number of applications received from eligible candidates is higher.
