Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023: Central Bank of India seeks applications from retired and young professionals for the engagement of BC Supervisor under the Central Bank of India, Regional Office, Amritsar on a Contract basis for FY-2023-24. As per the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 official notification, the total number of vacancies is one. The age limit of young candidates would be 21-45 years, however, the maximum age limit of retired applicants who are interested in this post should not be above 65 years. The hiring will be made for young individuals possessing a graduate degree with Computer Knowledge (MS Office, email, internet), the retired professionals on the other side should be a retired officers of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Co-operative Banks) up to the Rank of Senior Manager/equivalent may be appointed for the purpose. The contract will be for a duration of 12 months at first, subject to a good yearly performance assessment.
As per the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 official notification, the retired clerks and equivalent of Central Bank of India having passed JAIIB with a good track record with rural banking experience of at least 3 years will be eligible for this post. The hired candidates would be paid a monthly salary depending on the terms regulated by the selection authorities. As per the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates must have the following eligibilities.
For Retired Professionals
Candidate must be an Indian citizen and should be a retired officer of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Co-operative Banks) up to the Rank of Senior Manager/equivalent may be appointed for the purpose.
For Young Candidates
The candidate must possess a graduate degree with Computer Knowledge (MS Office, email, internet), however, qualifications like M. Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.

The Chief Manager/Officer in Charge of Financial Inclusion at Regional Offices shall present an annual review/renewal proposal to the Regional Head immediately after one (01) year from the date of appointment, duly recommending continuation/termination of his / her services based on the previous annual year’s performance.
