Post Name and Vacancies for MMRC Recruitment 2023:

Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRC) is appointing qualified and experienced professionals to fill up the post of General Manager, Assistant Manager, Fire Inspector, Jr.Engineer, and Jr.Assistant Cum Computer Operator on a Regular / Contract/ Deputation basis. There are a total of 06 vacancies for the given post.

Age Limit for MMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of MMRCL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit range between 33 years to 55 years.

Tenure for MMRC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of MMRC Recruitment 2023, the candidate applying for Assistant Manager, Fire Inspector, and Jr.Engineer post will be appointed for a tenure period of 05 years, whereas for the Jr.Assistant Cum Candidates seeking for the above-mentioned job position must be under the age of 28.Computer Operator post aspirant will be appointed for 03 years.

Qualification for MMRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the MMRC Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

General Manager

Candidate should have Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from recognized and reputed university

Assistant Manager

• Candidate should have a Degree or Advance Diploma in Fire Engineering from National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur, Ministry of Home Affairs, GoI
• Passed Membership Examination of the Institute of Fire Engineers, India or Institute of Fire Engineers.

Fire Inspector

Candidate should B.Sc. (03 years course) with one year Fire Safety Course from a Govt. recognized and reputed University / Institute

Jr.Engineer

Candidate should have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized and reputed university.

Jr.Assistant Cum Computer Operator

Candidate should have graduated from a recognized university or its equivalent and should possess MS-CIT or should have passed the “CCC” examination conducted by DOEACC Society, at “0” level or “A” level or “B” level or “C” level or equivalent.

Experience for MMRC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of MMRCL Recruitment 2023, the experience required for the above post is given below.

General Manager

• SAG / Non-functional (NF)-SAG of IRSEE (Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers) / IRSME (Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineering) cadre of Indian Railway.
• Total minimum 18 years experience with minimum 02 years of experience in the next below grade (Rs. 100000 – 260000) in IDA pay scale; and out of the total experience a minimum of 10 years experience in executive grade in “desirable” domain for the post.
• Total minimum 18 years experience in the reputed private sector in executive grade in the “desirable” domain for the post.

Desirable

• Candidate should have experience working in construction projects of railways/metros/ other PSUs/ private sector dealing with rolling stock.
• Candidate should be conversant with international competitive bidding, computerized environment working, and the latest rolling stock technologies, etc.
• Adequate experience in planning, designing, supplying, testing, and commissioning of Rolling Stock for underground/ elevated metro/ rail projects in urban & suburban environments including consultancy works related to urban rail projects.
• Candidates with experience working on modern urban rail systems will be preferred.

Assistant Manager

Candidate should have a minimum of 03 years experience in a similar role of Fire Safety in large-scale establishments/ facilities or Fire Brigade Services.

Desirable

Preference may be given to candidates with Fire Safety experience in Metro Rail Organisations

Fire Inspector

Candidate should have a minimum of 03 years experience in a similar role of Fire Safety in large-scale establishments/ facilities or Fire Brigade Services.

Desirable

Preference may be given to candidates with Fire Safety experience in Metro Rail Organisations.

Jr.Engineer

For Diploma holders

• Total minimum 08 years post-qualification experience with minimum 03 years service in the grade of Rs.25630 to Rs.46620 in IDA pay scale in a desirable domain or Supervisor currently working in the Grade Pay of Rs.4200
• Total minimum 08 years post-qualification experience with minimum 03 years service in Supervisory grade in the reputed private sector in a responsible position in the “Desirable” domain for the post.

For Degree holders

• Total minimum 05 years experience with minimum 02 years service in next below the grade of Rs.34020 to Rs.64310 in IDA pay scale in a desirable domain or Supervisor currently working in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4200
• Total minimum of 06 years post-qualification experience with a minimum of 03 years service in Supervisory grade in the reputed private sector in a responsible position in the “Desirable” domain for the post.

Desirable

• Candidate should have experience working in construction projects of Railways/ Metro/ other PSUs/ Private sector dealing with TVS and ECS systems.
• Adequate experience in supervising the installation of tunnel ventilation and air-conditioning equipment and controls, and coordination between various contractors at site.
• Candidate Should have exposure to managing and controlling various types of documentation.
• Candidates with experience working on projects for urban rail systems will be preferred.

Jr.Assistant Cum Computer Operator

Candidate should have at least 02 years of experience in the clerical cadre or equivalent.

Desirable

Candidates with experience working on projects for urban rail systems will be preferred.

Salary for MMRC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of MMRCL Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will get a monthly salary ranging between Rs.20160 to Rs.280000.

Selection Prodedure for MMRC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of MMRCL Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be selected on the basis of a Personal Interview, where the shortlisted candidate will be called for a Personal Interview.
