Ministry of Coal Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Coal, Government of India, is seeking applications from young and dynamic professionals who desire to be a part of one of the nation’s energy sectors through transformational reforms. As per the Ministry of Coal Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be made for seven (07) vacancies for its mining section on a contractual basis. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (B.Tech or BE/ M.Tech) in Mining Engineering from a government-recognized university, as well as 5 years of experience working in OC/UG Coal/ Lignite Mines in India. Candidates applying for the present position must be at least 35 years old. Shortlisted candidates will be offered a monthly remuneration of up to Rs.75,000 per month. The Young Professionals will not be entitled to any additional monthly allowances, such as transport or housing allowances, or telephone services, among other things. Candidates will initially be hired one year which is expandable up to 3 years on a yearly basis.
As per the Ministry of Coal Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates appointed for Young Professionals (Mining) posts should not be paid for absences that exceed 08 days in a year (calculated on a prorated basis). Unused leave in a calendar year cannot be carried forward to the following calendar year. Candidates will be liable to work the same hours as normal government workers at CCO. Working outside of business hours or on Saturdays/ Sundays/ Gazetted Holidays will not be compensated. In such instances, compensatory leave is at the discretion of the appropriate authorities. Candidates who are eligible and interested may submit their applications in the prescribed format, which must be forwarded to Dy. Director (ISS), Coal Controller’s Organization, Scope Minar 5th Floor, Corc-2, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi- 110092 on or before 31st October 2023.
