BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Trainee Engineer- I and Project Engineer- I. As mentioned in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the applicant must have done BE/B.Tech. There are a total of 09 vacancies for the given post. According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Trainee Engineer is 28 years and for Project engineer is 32 years. The selected candidate for the above-mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 55000.
In accordance with the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contractual basis for a maximum period of 03 years. All the applications received will be shortlisted and candidates will be called for an written test and interview. The details regarding the selection process will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates through email. Interested and eligible candidates can fill out the application form in the prescribed format and send their duly filled-in application form by post to Manager HR (MS/HLS&SCB), Bharat Electronics Ltd, Jalahalli post, Bengaluru – 560013. Candidates applying for the post of Trainee Engineer have to pay Rs. 150 as application fee and candidates applying for the post of Project Engineer have to pay Rs. 400. Candidates belonging to PwBD, SC and ST categories are exempted from payment of application fee. The last date for submitting the application form is 16.09.23. No applications will be accepted after the last date. Incomplete/False applications will be rejected.

Project Engineer- I- BE / B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics.
According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 55000.

In accordance with the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contractual basis for the given period-
Trainee Engineer- I- The appointment is for (2) Years from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended upto a maximum of one year (Maximum tenure of 3 years) depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.
Project Engineer- I- The appointment is for (3) Years from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended upto a maximum of one year (Maximum tenure of 4 years) depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.
All the applications received will be shortlisted and candidates will be called for an written test and interview. The details regarding the selection process will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates through email.
85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit category wise.
